The following updates will be patched in during the routine server maintenance period on Tuesday 17 January 2012. Please note that this sneak peek is still tentative and we will add in more information as it becomes available to us.
[ A. Warlord Cape Introduced ]
The Blacksmith's ultra new Warlord Cape is Clan-Specific (Dragon / Snake / Tiger versions), is Reinforce-able and CS-able.
Level Requirements: Deity 1
Vitality: +250
Damage: +1800
Defense: +3000
Attribute Defense: +50
Spirit Consumption: -50%
Vital Strike Defense Rate: +35%
All Martial Arts Technique: +3
There are a number of ways to obtain your Warlord Cape:
1) Scratch Warlord Cape Cards (Guaranteed at 700 Cards)
2) Convert your Empyrean Cape into a Warlord Cape (20 MTB Cost)
3) Convert another Clan's Warlord Cape into your Clan (1 MTB Cost)

[ B. New Elixirs Introduced ]
Two new elixirs will be sold at the Pharmacist NPC for 200,000 Silvers each!
Earth Elixir: 25% Attack Rate Increase for 60 Seconds
Water Elixir: 25% Dodge Rate Increase for 60 Seconds
The elixirs come in stacks of 99 and can be placed into your shortcut bar for easy usage.
[ C. Lottery Silver Bag Introduced ]
Now available on the Item Mall (Shortcut Key: K), are Lottery Silver Bags containing oodles of Silver plus a Random Cash/In-Game Item! For each Lottery Silver Bag you open, you will get:
1) Silver: A Random Amount In Between 40m to 120m Silver
2) Cash / In-Game Item: One of the following
- Kirin Scale
- Phoenix Pill
- Heroic Talisman
- Chivalry Talisman
- Amazon Stone
- Celestine Stone
- 12% Smelting Gold
- 15% Smelting Platinum
The Lottery Silver Bag looks exactly like the Lottery 15% Stag Bag and can be purchased for 80 Moken from the Item Mall!
[ D. Gender Scroll Fixed ]
In the November 2011 Patch, the Gender Scroll was found to be bugged and could no longer be used to change your character's Gender.
This has been fixed, and you may now use the Gender Scroll to change your Facial Features, Hair Style as well as Gender.
In December 2011, we introduced 3 items to replace the bugged Gender Scroll - the Hair Style Permit, the Face Lift Permit and the Total Makeover Permit. As the Gender Scroll has been fixed, these items will be removed.
[ E. Teleport Scroll Bug Fixed ]
In the November 2011 Patch, the Teleport Scroll was found to be bugged and allowed players to:
- Access Restricted Maps / Areas
- Stay Forever in Time Restricted Maps
- Respawn in Enemy Maps
This bug has been fixed and players will no longer will be able to exploit the Teleport Scroll bug. As the Teleport Scroll has been fixed, the Teleport Scroll Policy & Guidelines will be deactivated as well.
