Due to the Subway instruction near our office area internet lines has damaged and we don't have internet connection since yesterday and we couldn't host the Santa event because of this problem yesterday.
Because of this problem we can not reply your tickets and process your requests. We can not connect to our tools and ticket system from another location since it requires a special IP address.
Currently the ISP trying to fix the problem and we will get to work as soon as the internet connection has recovered.
Please avoid sending multiple tickets.
